1. Description of Service
iGenTor is a SaaS platform that provides an AI-powered WhatsApp automation agent, booking management, CRM, campaign, and analytics tools for business owners.
The service requires an active WhatsApp account linked via QR code. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service when using the platform.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account or use the platform to process messages on behalf of another business without a separate subscription.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use iGenTor to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or content that violates applicable law.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform. Automated scraping of the platform is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Billing and Plans
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (annual plans are billed once for 12 months at a discounted rate). Prices include VAT where applicable. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; upgrades take effect immediately (with a prorated charge), while downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Token usage above your plan limit is never charged automatically; when the limit is reached the AI assistant pauses until your next billing cycle, an optional token top-up purchase, or a plan upgrade.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a free Pro-level trial for up to 30 days or the included one-time trial token allowance, whichever ends first — no credit card required. When the trial ends the account remains on the Free plan: the AI assistant pauses until a paid plan is chosen, while your booking page and dashboard remain available. The trial is granted once per customer; accounts that previously held a paid plan are not eligible for a new trial.
6. AI-Generated Content
The AI agent generates replies automatically. You are responsible for reviewing the agent's configuration and for any messages sent on your behalf. iGenTor does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGenTor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
